The bridge between learning AI and actually using it.
Plenty of SMBs have tried AI. Few actually use it. That is exactly where I come in: I train your team, and I set the tools up inside your real files.

AI is not what will replace you. The SMBs that use it are.
1.08 h net gained each day for 0.97 h spent in the tool, among SMBs that use generative AI — one extra hour for every hour they use it.

It is not a lack of willingness. It is a lack of time, of clear bearings, and of support that speaks your language. The result: the gap widens while the day-to-day keeps you busy.
You are short on time.
You know AI could help, but between clients, payroll and the unexpected, you do not have a day to spend testing tools at random.
You have no clear bearings.
Too many tools, too many promises, too much jargon. There is no way to know where to start, or what actually applies to your industry.
You keep falling further behind.
Meanwhile, repetitive tasks keep eating into your weeks — and some of your competitors are starting to get moving.
Only 12.7% have. You are not behind — you are in the majority, and you can cross over starting today.
Not sure where to start? Let us see what fits you.
Answer 5 quick questions. The diagnostic suggests the training, the automation or the service that would be most useful in your situation — with the real prices. No commitment.
How it works — three steps, no surprises.
A simple path, from the first contact to AI actually working for you.
A clear way in. No mystery quote.
One single path — Target, Install, Anchor — and you come in at the step that fits you. Prices are published: you know what to expect before you even write to me.
Know where to start
A structured look at your processes, to spot where AI would save you time. You leave with a clear plan of priorities.
Put AI to work
Training on your premises, an automation wired into your real tools, or both. You leave with something that works.
So it stays alive
I do not disappear once the training is over. Follow-up is built in so the tools stay in use in your team, and so the time saved is actually measurable.
Chambers of commerce, associations, business groups, public bodies: I build training paths for several businesses at a time, across several cohorts. Mandates of this kind are already signed. They are scoped with you before they are priced.
All prices are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes — GST 5% and QST 9.975%.
The real math is not the price. It is the time.
A training day has a number on it. What is harder to put a number on is the time your team loses again every week on tasks a well-set-up tool would do in minutes — week after week, all year long.
So the question is not “how much does training cost.” It is: how much does it cost you to keep going without changing anything?
What does the status quo cost?
A simple estimate of the yearly value of the time spent on one repetitive task. This is not a promise of savings: it is a starting point for choosing what to analyze.
For a sense of scale: among SMBs that use generative AI, the CFIB observes 0.97 h a day spent in the tool to complete work that would otherwise take 2.05 h — a net gain of 1.08 h a day, one extra hour for every hour they use it. That is what was observed at those businesses, not a forecast for yours — and it is measured over a full working day, not over the task you just costed out.

A teacher who also understands the numbers.

I taught 8 years in the classroom, worked 11 years as an economist and manager with the Government of Canada, and ran my own Quebec SMB for 7 years. Three worlds — teaching, economic analysis and the shop floor — serving one goal: making AI genuinely useful for real people.
What makes the difference.
Published prices
Our packages are clear and published. You know what to expect before you even write to me — no vagueness, no pressure.
On your premises, on your cases
No rented room and generic slides. I work at your place, on your real processes, with examples from your industry.
Support that continues
A pre-call to aim properly, training on your premises, and follow-up so it stays alive after I leave. The goal: that it takes hold.
Adoption AND measurement
It does not stop at “here is the tool.” I work on adoption inside the team, and I look at the concrete return: time saved, tasks lightened.
Present in the regions
I travel across Quebec, including the regions. AI is not reserved for downtown Montreal businesses.

Your questions, my answers.
How much does AI training cost for an SMB?
Our prices are published right on this page. The 6-hour seminar is $3,950, the 3-hour workshop $1,950, the audit $650, the Make implementation $1,200 to $2,000, and one-on-one consulting $135/h. All amounts are in Canadian dollars, plus applicable taxes (GST 5% and QST 9.975%). You know what to expect before you even write to me.
Do you need to know how to code?
No. Everything is designed no-code: it all happens in accessible tools, right inside your usual work environment. No prior technical skill is required.
What language is the training delivered in?
French by default, and English on request — Ugo teaches in both. Either way, the content and the examples stay grounded in the reality of Quebec SMBs.
Do you travel to the regions?
Yes. I train everywhere in Quebec, not just in the big centres, and remote formats are possible depending on the need. The support adapts to your location.
How many people can take part?
Our on-site training packages are designed for groups of 10 people or fewer. That format lets everyone leave with something concrete, instead of just having attended.
And where does Law 25 fit in?
Our 6-hour seminar includes a section on your personal information protection obligations (Quebec’s Law 25), explained plainly, without legal jargon. You leave with clear bearings on what is reasonable to do with AI — and what is better avoided. And when a precise legal question comes up, I tell you straight: it belongs with a professional.
What happens after the training?
I do not disappear once the day is over. Follow-up is built in so the tools installed stay alive and useful in your team, and so the time saved is actually measurable.
I take the risk off your side.
You know the price up front.
No surprise quote, no vagueness. Our packages are published on this page — you decide knowing exactly where you stand.

Follow-up included.
I do not leave you alone with a tool nobody dares touch. The support continues after the training so it stays alive.
